The newly exposed family house situated in Rokytnice Jizerou on the Winter side, about 350 meters from the main road leading into the center of Rokytnice.
Free parking for guests at the house.
Year-round availability of trouble.
Guests are invited to two apartments, the apartment on the ground floor is designed for 3 persons.
The second apartment in the attic is designed for 4 people, there are two separate rooms with one bed.

Facilities and Services
Both apartments have their own kitchenettes and are fully equipped for cooking options, (dishes, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven), each apartment has its own bathroom, satellite TV and of course the free WiFi connection.
The basement is also the restaurant in which guests have billiards and darts.
The restaurant is open to the public usually only on weekends.
In house amenities missing infra, which can be used anytime.
The whole house is strictly no smoking.
In summer, guests can visit the swimming pool the size of 6×4 m.
